以不同浓度的吡虫啉溶液处理小麦,测定吡虫啉连续胁迫下小麦SOD、CAT活性及MDA的变化。结果表明,低剂量吡虫啉连续胁迫下,SOD活性及MDA含量表现出明显的时间效应,CAT活性变化不存在明显的时间效应。与对照相比,0.2 mg/kg吡虫啉处理后28天,SOD活性显著高于对照;药后22天,吡虫啉各浓度极显著降低MDA含量,药后28天,大多数吡虫啉浓度又极显著提高了MDA含量。

The variation of SOD and CAT activities and MDA content in wheat were analyzed after trea-ted with different concentrations of imidacloprid.The results showed that the change of SOD activity and MDA content showed obvious time effect under the continuous stress of low-dose imidacloprid, while the change of CAT activity showed no.Compared with the control ( CK) , the SOD activity was significantly higher after trea-ted for 28 days with 0 .2 mg/kg imidacloprid;the MDA content decreased very significantly on the 22 nd day under each concentration, but increased very significantly on the 28th day under most concentrations.
