测定了10种稀特蔬菜食用部位硝酸盐和5种重金属元素( Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cr)的含量,并进行了污染和健康风险评价。结果表明,不同稀特蔬菜对硝酸盐的富集能力存在差异,其中红苋、绿苋、薄荷、蒲公英、野菊、景天三七和婆罗门参硝酸盐含量达重度污染级;稀特蔬菜对重金属元素富集能力由大到小依次为Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg,其中红苋和绿苋重金属含量达轻度污染级,稀特蔬菜的重金属暴露风险指数均小于1,食用后不会引起健康风险。
測定瞭10種稀特蔬菜食用部位硝痠鹽和5種重金屬元素( Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cr)的含量,併進行瞭汙染和健康風險評價。結果錶明,不同稀特蔬菜對硝痠鹽的富集能力存在差異,其中紅莧、綠莧、薄荷、蒲公英、野菊、景天三七和婆囉門參硝痠鹽含量達重度汙染級;稀特蔬菜對重金屬元素富集能力由大到小依次為Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg,其中紅莧和綠莧重金屬含量達輕度汙染級,稀特蔬菜的重金屬暴露風險指數均小于1,食用後不會引起健康風險。
측정료10충희특소채식용부위초산염화5충중금속원소( Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cr)적함량,병진행료오염화건강풍험평개。결과표명,불동희특소채대초산염적부집능력존재차이,기중홍현、록현、박하、포공영、야국、경천삼칠화파라문삼초산염함량체중도오염급;희특소채대중금속원소부집능력유대도소의차위Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg,기중홍현화록현중금속함량체경도오염급,희특소채적중금속폭로풍험지수균소우1,식용후불회인기건강풍험。
Taking 10 kinds of special rare vegetables as research objects, the contents of nitrate and 5 kinds of heavy metals ( Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cr) in the edible parts were determined, and the pollution and health risk assessment were also conducted.The results showed that different special rare vegetables had dif-ferent accumulation abilities to nitrate.Among them, the nitrate contents of Amaranthus tricolor, Amaranthus viridis,Mentha haplocalyx, Taraxacum mongolicum, Dendranthema indicum, Sedum aizoon and Tragopogon porrifolius reached high pollution level.The order of accumulation ability of special rare vegetables to heavy metals was Pb>Cr>As>Cd>Hg.Amaranthus tricolor and Amaranthus viridis were mildly polluted by heavy metals.The exposed risk indexes of special rare vegetables to heavy metals were all less than 1 , so the con-sumption of special vegetables would not cause health risk.
