在调查黄河花园口以上地区不同时期地下水开发利用量的基础上，分析了地下水开发利用变化情况，对比了不同时期地下水用水耗水量和平原（盆地）区潜水蒸发量，计算了花园口以上地区地下水开发利用对河川径流的影响。结果表明：与20世纪80年代前期相比，花园口以上地区地下水开发利用量增加39．33亿m3，地下水用水耗水量增加34．91亿m3，平原区潜水蒸发量减少8．71亿m3，地下水开发利用带来河川径流量减少26．20亿m3。
재조사황하화완구이상지구불동시기지하수개발이용량적기출상，분석료지하수개발이용변화정황，대비료불동시기지하수용수모수량화평원（분지）구잠수증발량，계산료화완구이상지구지하수개발이용대하천경류적영향。결과표명：여20세기80년대전기상비，화완구이상지구지하수개발이용량증가39．33억m3，지하수용수모수량증가34．91억m3，평원구잠수증발량감소8．71억m3，지하수개발이용대래하천경류량감소26．20억m3。
Based on the investigation and verification of groundwater utilization quantity during the past different periods in the regions above Hua-yuankou of the Yellow River basin,the paper analyzed the changes of groundwater utilization quantity,compared water consumption and evapora-tion of phreatic water in plains of various periods,and calculated the impact of groundwater development and utilization on the surface runoff. The results show that the amount of the utilized groundwater increases by 3. 933 billion m3 comparing with it in the 1980s. Accordingly,the groundwater consumption amount increases by 3. 491 billion m3 ,and evaporation of phreatic water in plain decreases by 0. 871 billion m3 . The paper concluded that river’s runoff reduction caused by groundwater development is 2. 62 billion m3 nowadays.
