以融知发酵模型为理论基础，从生物发酵和信息共享过程的相似性出发，通过与生物发酵的各要素进行对比分析，提出了包括共享主体、持续可获取的信息资源、共享需求和目标、共享场所、共享环境和技术支撑7大因素的公共服务平台信息资源共享影响因素模型，并以此为基础，进一步探究公共服务平台信息共享的实现机理，最后给出相应的结论和管理学启示。

Starting from the similarity of biological fermentation and information sharing process based on knowledge fermenting theory, this paper puts forward the influencing factors model of information sharing on public service platform by a comparative analysis, which in-cludes sharing subjects, sustainable and accessible information resources, sharing needs and goals, sharing sites, sharing environment and technical support. The realization mechanism of information sharing on public service platform is then explored. At last, conclusions and appropriate management inspiration are given.
