利用远场涡流变压器耦合技术可探测预应力钢筒混凝土管中的钢丝断丝现象。介绍了钢丝断丝检测仪的基本原理,当预应力钢筒混凝土管出现钢丝断丝时会对两次穿透管壁的远场涡流信号产生幅度和相位上的畸变,利用这一现象就可以实现对预应力钢筒混凝土管钢丝断丝根数和断丝位置进行判断;通过试验对该方法进行了验证。
利用遠場渦流變壓器耦閤技術可探測預應力鋼筒混凝土管中的鋼絲斷絲現象。介紹瞭鋼絲斷絲檢測儀的基本原理,噹預應力鋼筒混凝土管齣現鋼絲斷絲時會對兩次穿透管壁的遠場渦流信號產生幅度和相位上的畸變,利用這一現象就可以實現對預應力鋼筒混凝土管鋼絲斷絲根數和斷絲位置進行判斷;通過試驗對該方法進行瞭驗證。

By using the Remote Field Eddy Current Transformer Coupling (RFECTC)technology, the broken wire of steel wire in Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) can be detected. Here, the basic principle of a detector for detecting the broken wire of steel wire in PCCP is introduced. When the broken wire of steel wire occurs, the far field eddy current signals across the tube wall two times will generate some amplitude and phase distortion. Using this phenomenon can better realize judgment of the number and position of broken wire of steel wire in PCCP, and the detected method is verified by the experiment.
