中国的社会信用体系建设已经取得了阶段性成果。但是，由于中国的主体信用评级体系尚未建立起来，使得社会信用体系尚处于不完善阶段，信用评级行业也在扭曲的状态下蹒跚前行。鉴于此，需要通过推动主体信用评级，夯实中国社会信用体系的基础，确立信用评级在社会信用体系中的核心地位，推动中国经济和金融的进一步国际化、全球化，加速中国信用评级行业的国际化进程，缓减国内外金融交易主体之间的信息不对称，缓减金融产品与投资者的信息不对称，提高中国经济、金融国际化的安全程度。
中國的社會信用體繫建設已經取得瞭階段性成果。但是，由于中國的主體信用評級體繫尚未建立起來，使得社會信用體繫尚處于不完善階段，信用評級行業也在扭麯的狀態下蹣跚前行。鑒于此，需要通過推動主體信用評級，夯實中國社會信用體繫的基礎，確立信用評級在社會信用體繫中的覈心地位，推動中國經濟和金融的進一步國際化、全毬化，加速中國信用評級行業的國際化進程，緩減國內外金融交易主體之間的信息不對稱，緩減金融產品與投資者的信息不對稱，提高中國經濟、金融國際化的安全程度。

Phased results have been achieved in the construction of social credit system. However, because subject credit rating system has not been established, which makes the social credit system still in the imperfect stage, the development of China credit rating industry is zigzagging in the distorted state. In such a situation, it’s necessary to solidify the foundation of the social credit system in China by promoting subject rating, make further internationalization and globalization of China’s economy and finance by confirming the core position of credit rating in the social credit system, accelerate the process of internationalization of China’s credit rating industry, mitigate the information asymmetry between domestic and foreign financial transaction subjects and between financial products and investors, so as to improve the safety of internationalization of China’s economy and finance.
