破膜脱水市政污泥富含有机质,热值高,是一种潜力较大的生物质能源。利用氧弹量热计对不同条件下破膜脱水市政污泥的热值进行了研究。通过 S 曲线得到污泥干基热值(y )与含水率(x )的拟合方程:y =-41360.8+48277.7/[1+exp((x-102.1)/17.1)],相关系数 R 2=0.99046;同时采用元素分析方法、工业分析方法估算污泥干基热值,对拟合方程进行了验证。结果表明:采用该拟合方程估算污泥干基热值具有较好的准确性和实用性,为污泥处置系统热力学研究奠定了基础。

Disintegration-membrane dehydration municipal sludge is a large potential of biomass energy, which is rich in organic substances with high calorific value.Calorific values of disintegration-membrane dehy-dration municipal sludge which treated in different conditions with oxygen bomb calorimeter were measured. Through S curve fitting,the mathematical relationship between dry calorific value(y)and moisture content(x) was met in y=-41360.8+48277.7/[1+exp((x-102.1)/17.1)],R 2 =0.99046.At the same time,this fitting equation was verified by means of elemental analysis and industrial analysis of dry calorific value.Results showed that the dry calorific value estimated by the fitting equation had good accuracy and practicability.It pro-vided theoretical basis of thermodynamic study for the sludge treatment system.
