中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞是表达重组单克隆抗体常用的工程细胞。在细胞培养过程中,凋亡是限制重组蛋白产量提高的重要因素之一。对 CHO 细胞进行基因工程改造是抑制细胞凋亡的重要途径。主要从细胞凋亡信号途径、细胞信号通路以及 microRNA 等方面综述了运用基因工程手段对 CHO 细胞凋亡改造的进展,并探讨了潜在的基因工程靶点。

Chinese hamster ovary(CHO)cells are the commonly applied engineering cells to express recom-binant monoclonal antibody.In the process of cell culture,apoptosis is one of the dominant factors that constrict the yield improvement of recombinant proteins.Genetic engineering manipulation of CHO cells is the key ap-proach to inhibite apoptosis.The improvements of CHO cells apoptosis engineering in the terms of apoptosis pathway,cell signal pathway and microRNA were summarized,and the potential genetic engineering targets were discussed in this paper.
