In the paper,design process of Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station construction land acquisition resettlement plan is reviewed systematically. Actual condition of construction land acquisition resettlement implementation is combined for arranging production resettlement plan,migration resettlement direction and other key problems in resettlement plan design process. Advantages and disadvantages of Xianju Pumped Storage Power Station construction land acquisition resettlement plan design are summarized.
