针对观音山水库存在的进水口排架柱振动变形较大、隧洞衬砌混凝土局部质量较差、进水口边坡岩体破碎稳定性差、启闭设备锈蚀损坏无法启闭闸门等问题,结合输水隧洞水头损失、过流能力、各种不利工况结构内力等计算结果,对输水系统的安全性进行了全面复核。根据安全复核计算结果,对输水系统进水口、隧洞、进水口边坡等部位,提出了切实可行的除险加固设计方案。工程改造后运行状况良好。
針對觀音山水庫存在的進水口排架柱振動變形較大、隧洞襯砌混凝土跼部質量較差、進水口邊坡巖體破碎穩定性差、啟閉設備鏽蝕損壞無法啟閉閘門等問題,結閤輸水隧洞水頭損失、過流能力、各種不利工況結構內力等計算結果,對輸水繫統的安全性進行瞭全麵複覈。根據安全複覈計算結果,對輸水繫統進水口、隧洞、進水口邊坡等部位,提齣瞭切實可行的除險加固設計方案。工程改造後運行狀況良好。
침대관음산수고존재적진수구배가주진동변형교대、수동츤체혼응토국부질량교차、진수구변파암체파쇄은정성차、계폐설비수식손배무법계폐갑문등문제,결합수수수동수두손실、과류능력、각충불리공황결구내력등계산결과,대수수계통적안전성진행료전면복핵。근거안전복핵계산결과,대수수계통진수구、수동、진수구변파등부위,제출료절실가행적제험가고설계방안。공정개조후운행상황량호。
Aiming at Guanyinshan Reservoir’s problems of larger vibration and deformation in water inlet bent column, local worse quality of tunnel lining concrete,poor breaking stability of water inlet slope rock,hoisting equipment corrosion damage,incapable opening and closing of gate,etc.,using calculation results of water conveyance tunnel water head loss, overflow ability and various adverse working condition structure internal force,etc.,safety of water conveyance system is comprehensively reviewed. Practical and feasible risk removal reinforcement design plan is proposed on water inlet,tunnel, water inlet slope and other parts of water conveyance system. The project has excellent operation condition after transformation.
