科卡科多水电站引水隧洞以火山岩和侵入岩为主,岩石性脆且易破碎。2014年1月TBM掘进过程中受多条断层破碎带的影响而发生卡机故障,为了使TBM脱困,施工方对断层破碎带内的围岩进行了灌浆加固处理,开挖辅助作业洞,选择GU超细水泥浆和YDS-40高渗透环氧化学材料进行复合灌浆,灌浆结束后通过钻芯检查进行质量评价,通过灌浆加固围岩,使TBM顺利脱困,掘进工作得以继续进行。

Coca Codo hydropower station water division tunnel is mainly composed of volcanic rocks and intrusive rocks which are brittle and easily broken. Machine blocking failure occurred due to the influence of many fault fracture zones in TBM tunneling process in January 2014. Construction party conducted grouting and reinforcement treatment on the surrounding rock in the fault fracture zones in order to recover TBM from trouble. Auxiliary operation openings are excavated. GU ultrafine cement grout and YDS-40 high permeability epoxy chemical materials are selected for composite grouting. Quality is assessed through drill core inspection after grouting is completed. TBM is successfully rescued from trouble through grouting and reinforcing surrounding rock. Excavation work can be conducted continuously.
