目的：观察帕罗西汀联合护理干预治疗抑郁症的效果。方法采用随机对照研究( RCT )方法将符合抑郁症诊断标准(原发性非精神病性抑郁症)抑郁症患者56例，随机分为观察组28例（护理干预联合帕罗西汀治疗）和对照组28例（单用帕罗西汀治疗）。在护理干预期内每周随访次数不低于1次，共随访25周。在治疗前和治疗后第6周、第12周、第25周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）进行评估。结果治疗前两组HAMD评分比较差异均无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；在治疗第6周两组疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。在第25周后观察组HAMD评分较对照组明显偏低（ P＜0.05），观察组CGI分值均明显低于对照组；治疗25周后HAMD评分较治疗前低（ P＜0.05），两组的CGI分值也较治疗前低（ P＜0.05）。结论护理干预联合抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症，较单用抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症有临床优势，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰파라서정연합호리간예치료억욱증적효과。방법채용수궤대조연구( RCT )방법장부합억욱증진단표준(원발성비정신병성억욱증)억욱증환자56례，수궤분위관찰조28례（호리간예연합파라서정치료）화대조조28례（단용파라서정치료）。재호리간예기내매주수방차수불저우1차，공수방25주。재치료전화치료후제6주、제12주、제25주말채용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）、림상료효총평량표（CGI）진행평고。결과치료전량조HAMD평분비교차이균무통계학의의（ P>0.05）；재치료제6주량조료효비교，차이무통계학의의（ P>0.05）。재제25주후관찰조HAMD평분교대조조명현편저（ P＜0.05），관찰조CGI분치균명현저우대조조；치료25주후HAMD평분교치료전저（ P＜0.05），량조적CGI분치야교치료전저（ P＜0.05）。결론호리간예연합항억욱약물치료억욱증，교단용항억욱약치료억욱증유림상우세，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of the nursing intervention combined with paroxetine in treating depression. Methods By adopting the randomized controlled trial ( RCT ) , 56 cases of primary nonpsychotic depression were randomly divided into the observation group ( 28 cases, nursing intervention combined with paroxetine treatment ) and the control group ( 28 cases, paroxetine treatment alone ) . During the nursing intervention period, follow-up was performed at least once each week and follow up lasted for 25 weeks. The Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD ) and the Clinical Global Impression ( CGI ) were adopted to conduct the evaluation before treatment, at 6, 12, 25 weeks after treatment. The comparative analysis was performed. Results There was no statistical difference in the HAMD scores before treatment between the observation group and the control group ( P>0. 05 );the curative effect at 6-week treatment had no statistical difference in effect between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ); the HAMD score after 25-week treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) and the CGI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ); the HAMD score after 25-week treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment and the CGI score in the two groups was also lower than that before treatment ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The nursing intervention combined with antidepressant drug has the clinical superiority than single antidepressant drug and deserves to be popularized in clinic.
