目的：探索对比采购法在医疗机构药品采购计划制订中的合理使用。方法分别取各品种药品上年度及本年度前3个月各月使用量峰值，结合库存量对比确定当月采购计划理论值，之后依据各药品整包装量制订当月采购计划数。结果使用药品对比采购法进行药品采购后，过期报废药品比率明显下降，报废金额可达预控范围。结论药品对比采购法是一套可加快药品周转、降低药品库存、保障药品使用、工作量适中的实用方法。

목적：탐색대비채구법재의료궤구약품채구계화제정중적합리사용。방법분별취각품충약품상년도급본년도전3개월각월사용량봉치，결합고존량대비학정당월채구계화이론치，지후의거각약품정포장량제정당월채구계화수。결과사용약품대비채구법진행약품채구후，과기보폐약품비솔명현하강，보폐금액가체예공범위。결론약품대비채구법시일투가가쾌약품주전、강저약품고존、보장약품사용、공작량괄중적실용방법。
Objective To investigate the rational application of the medicines contrast procurement method in the drugs purchase plan for-mulation of medical institutions. Methods The peak value of the monthly-quantity of the first 3 months and the average monthly amount in this year and the last year were taken and combined with the inventory amount for comparatively determining the theoretical value of current month purchase plan. Then the amount of the purchase plan was formulated according to the entire package amounts of each drug. Results After implementing the contrast procurement method, the proportion of overdue and abandoned drugs was decreased obvious-ly. The abandoned amount of money could reach the precontrol range. Conclusion The contrast procurement method is a set of practical method for accelerating the medicines turnover, reduce the stock quantity, ensure the medication use and moderate work amount.
