Ershiwuwei Lujiao Pills%flos carthami%ahydroxysafflor yellow A%TLC%HPLC
目的:建立二十五味鹿角丸(红花、丁香、肉豆蔻、降香等)的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中丁香、肉豆蔻、降香、木香、乳香和决明子进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定红花中羟基红花黄色素A,色谱柱为Luna 5u C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm ),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),检测波长为403 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果薄层鉴别均斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。羟基红花黄色素 A质量浓度在6.45~77.4μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好( r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为2.29%( n=6)。结论该研究建立的方法专属性强、简便、灵敏、重复性好,能有效控制二十五味鹿角丸的内在质量。

목적:건립이십오미록각환(홍화、정향、육두구、강향등)적질량공제방법。방법채용박층색보법(TLC)대처방중정향、육두구、강향、목향、유향화결명자진행정성감별。채용고효액상색보(HPLC)법측정홍화중간기홍화황색소A,색보주위Luna 5u C18주(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm ),류동상위갑순-0.1%린산용액(30:70),검측파장위403 nm,주온위35℃,류속위1.0 mL/min。결과박층감별균반점청석,음성대조무간우。간기홍화황색소 A질량농도재6.45~77.4μg/mL범위내여봉면적선성관계량호( r=0.9999),평균회수솔위99.74%,RSD위2.29%( n=6)。결론해연구건립적방법전속성강、간편、령민、중복성호,능유효공제이십오미록각환적내재질량。
Objectiv To establish the quality control method for Ershiwuwei Lujiao Pills ( flos carthami, flos caryophylli, Myristicae se-men, Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae, etc. ) . Methods flos caryophylli, Myristicae semen, Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae, Radix Aucklandi-ae, Olibanum, Cassia obtusifolia were qualitatively identified by TLC and HPLC was adopted to quantitatively determine the content of ahydroxysafflor yellow A. The chromatographic column was the Luna 5u C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with methanol-0. 1%phosphoric acid solution ( 30 :70 ) as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was set at 403 nm, the column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was maintained at 1. 0 mL/min. Results The TLC sports were fairly clear, and the negative control showed no interference. Ahydroxysafflor yellow A showed a good linear relationship within the range of 6. 45-77. 4 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery rate was 99. 74%, RSD=2. 29%. Conclusion The established methods are simple and sensitive with stron speci-ficity and good reproducibility, and can be used for effectively controlling the inherent quality of Ershiwuwei Lujiao Pills.
