目的:考察注射用硝普钠(SNP)与5%葡萄糖注射液(5%GS)配伍的稳定性。方法根据临床应用配制SNP溶液,考察在不同环境和不同放置时间下SNP溶液的稳定性,包括溶液性状、pH、不溶微粒、紫外-可见吸收光谱和SNP含量等。结果避光套避光,在20℃或35℃时,SNP与5%GS混合后26 h内稳定;不避光时,任何条件下溶液均不稳定,溶液的稳定性与浓度无关,与光照和强度与时间密切相关。结论在避光条件下,SNP与5%GS配伍26 h内稳定。
目的:攷察註射用硝普鈉(SNP)與5%葡萄糖註射液(5%GS)配伍的穩定性。方法根據臨床應用配製SNP溶液,攷察在不同環境和不同放置時間下SNP溶液的穩定性,包括溶液性狀、pH、不溶微粒、紫外-可見吸收光譜和SNP含量等。結果避光套避光,在20℃或35℃時,SNP與5%GS混閤後26 h內穩定;不避光時,任何條件下溶液均不穩定,溶液的穩定性與濃度無關,與光照和彊度與時間密切相關。結論在避光條件下,SNP與5%GS配伍26 h內穩定。
목적:고찰주사용초보납(SNP)여5%포도당주사액(5%GS)배오적은정성。방법근거림상응용배제SNP용액,고찰재불동배경화불동방치시간하SNP용액적은정성,포괄용액성상、pH、불용미립、자외-가견흡수광보화SNP함량등。결과피광투피광,재20℃혹35℃시,SNP여5%GS혼합후26 h내은정;불피광시,임하조건하용액균불은정,용액적은정성여농도무관,여광조화강도여시간밀절상관。결론재피광조건하,SNP여5%GS배오26 h내은정。
Objective To investigate the compatible stability of Nitroprusside Sodium for Injection ( SNP ) and 5% Glucose Injection ( 5%GS ) . Methods SNP and 5%GS were prepared into the compatible solution according to clinical demand. The stability of SNP compati-ble solution was investigated in different environments and different storage time, including the solution character, appearance, pH value, insoluble particle, ultraviolet-visible absorption and SNP content. Results The compatible solution of SNP mixed with 5% GS was sta-ble within 26 h keeping in dark place by lucifugal cover at 20℃ or 35℃. Under the any condition without keeping in dark place, the solution was unstable. The solution stability had no relation with the concentration and was closely correlated with the illumination in-tensity and time. Conclusion In the dark condition, the compatible solution of SNP and 5% GS is stable within 26 h.
