专业实习是给排水科学与工程专业本科生培养的一个非常重要的实践性教学环节，对学生的能力培养起到至关重要的作用。但目前在该教学环节中存在的一些问题，严重的影响了教学效果，因此改革势在必行。为了达到应有的教学效果，提出了建立稳定的实习基地、端正学生学习态度、多元化的考核方式、加强年轻教师工程能力培养与合理利用实习经费等一系列改革措施。

Professional training is an important practice teaching to the undergraduates drainage science and engineering, and it plays a crucial role in the training students. But at present, teaching effect had been influenced seriously by some problems in teaching, the reform is imperative. In order to achieve good teaching result, proposed the establishment of a stable practice base, correct learning attitude,diversified evaluation mode, strengthening the young teachers of engineering ability cultivation and rational use of educational funding and a series of reform measures.
