农民工技能培训是促进农村劳动力转移的重要环节。以菲尔德斯坦的信息利用理论模型和柯克帕特里克四层次培训效果评估模型为基础，构建农民工技能培训的成本与收益指标体系，对广州市番禺区农民工技能培训的效果进行分析，发现：直接成本对农民工技能培训应用效果有正面影响，间接成本则对其产生负面影响，企业组织的培训效果最好。

Skills training of migrant workers is essential part to promote the transfer of rural labor force. The cost and benefit indicators of the performance of skills training for migrant workers are generated on the basis of Feldstein’s information utilization model and Kirkpatrick model. Taking Panyu district of Guangzhou as an example, cost and profit analysis and factor analysis are used as a tool to study the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers. The three different types of skills-training of migrant workers are contrasted: the direct cost has positive impacts on migrant workers’ training, the indirect cost has negative impacts and the training organized by enterprises has the best effects.
