以“饮茶对胃癌患者的临床护理”为中心，在广州第二人民医院的病例档案中随机抽出50例，把饮茶对胃癌患者临床护理的OR值作为统计指标。并通过各大数据库的检索文献分析，主要是针对中国和日本饮茶习惯的对比，结果表明：高剂量的饮茶对胃癌发病的保护作用明显的要比低摄入饮茶剂量的保护作用要低[OR=0.73,95%CI(0.65,0.85)]。结论：高剂量的饮茶对胃癌的发病起到一定的保护作用。

High dose of tea plays a certain protective effect to gastric cancer. But there are many shortcomings in this research, such as what kind of elements in the tea leads to the onset of gastric cancer inhibition, what features of the elements. The formulation in this study is not completed due to the capacity limitation, also hope to improve the ability in the future to further perfects the research.
