基于网络的雅安市防震减灾技术系统各子系统在芦山地震中运行正常，保证了地震应急对技术工作的要求，介绍了各子系统的构成和在芦山地震中的运用及地震后对系统的扩展和升级，分析讨论了各子系统的作用和存在的问题。

The all subsystem of the net - based technique system of preventing against and mitigating earthquake disaster during the 2013 M7. 0 Lushan Earthquake run normally. It satisfies all requirements of earthquake emer-gency response. The framework,expansion and updating of several sub - system are introduced in this paper. Es-pecially the application in the 2013 M7. 0 Lushan Earthquake is introduced. From practical using of this system we discuss the functions of the system and give out suggestions.
