球根花卉郁金香(Tulipa heterophylla )对菌根依赖性较大。为筛选促进该花卉生长的高效菌剂,作者于盆栽条件下试验了丛枝菌根(AM)真菌Acaulospora laevis (AC1)、Acaulospora appendicula (AC2)及Acaulospora laevis、Acaulospora appendicula 和Acaulospora colossica(AC3)的混合菌种对郁金香幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,接种 AM真菌的郁金香叶片数目、株高、地径、地上鲜物质质量、地上干物质质量、根平均直径、根系总体积、根系长度、叶表面积、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、叶片叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b和总叶绿素含量、叶片 N、P、K 含量高于对照,而丙二醛含量比对照降低,其中接种混合菌种处理与对照差异显著,各指标分别提高了90%、45%、85%、45%、38%、78%、19%、84%、71%、63%、67%、5%、18%、9%、46%、100%、15%,丙二醛比对照降低21%。结论认为供试的3种 AM真菌混合菌种促进郁金香幼苗生长的效应最大。

구근화훼욱금향(Tulipa heterophylla )대균근의뢰성교대。위사선촉진해화훼생장적고효균제,작자우분재조건하시험료총지균근(AM)진균Acaulospora laevis (AC1)、Acaulospora appendicula (AC2)급Acaulospora laevis、Acaulospora appendicula 화Acaulospora colossica(AC3)적혼합균충대욱금향유묘생장적영향。결과표명,접충 AM진균적욱금향협편수목、주고、지경、지상선물질질량、지상간물질질량、근평균직경、근계총체적、근계장도、협표면적、초양화물기화매、과양화물매、과양화경매、협편협록소 a、협록소 b화총협록소함량、협편 N、P、K 함량고우대조,이병이철함량비대조강저,기중접충혼합균충처리여대조차이현저,각지표분별제고료90%、45%、85%、45%、38%、78%、19%、84%、71%、63%、67%、5%、18%、9%、46%、100%、15%,병이철비대조강저21%。결론인위공시적3충 AM진균혼합균충촉진욱금향유묘생장적효응최대。
Tulipa heterophylla has great dependence on mycorrhizas.In order to select the efficient inocu-lants to promote the growth of the flower plants,the present author tested the effects of arbuscular my-corrhizal(AM)fungi Acaulospora laevis,Acaulospora appendicula and the mixed inocula with Acaulos-pora laevis,Acaulospora appendicula and Acaulospora colossicaon seedling growth of T.heterophylla under pot conditions.The results showed that leaf number,plant height,ground diameter,shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight,root average diameter,total root volume,root length,leaf surface area,SOD, POD,CAT,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content,leaf N,P,K was higher than that of the control and the content of MDA was lower than that of control,the treatment with the mixed inocu-la showing the best effects,with increasing by 90%,45%,85%,45%,38%,78%,19%,84%,71%, 63%,67%,5%,18%,9%,46%,100%,15% respectively,and 21% for MDA lower than the control. It was concluded that the mixed inoclua with the 3 species of AM fungi gave the best benefits on seedling growth of T.heterophylla.
