某钨锡矿选厂钨锡尾矿中含锌1.13%,锌矿物主要是闪锌矿,属二次资源,具有再回收价值。在查明锌矿物赋存状态和分析研究的基础上,对该尾矿进行浮选回收锌的选矿试验研究。通过一粗三精二扫,获得含锌52.02%,锌回收率84.42%的锌精矿。有效回收了尾矿中的闪锌矿,为企业创造了经济效益。

The Zn content of a tungsten - tin tailings is 1 .13% , the main zinc mineral is sphalerite . These minerals belong to secondary resources ,and has recovery value .Based on the analysis and study on the oc‐currence states of znic minerals ,flotation was used in this test to recover znic from the tailings .Zn concen‐trate with Zn grade of 51 .82% and zinc recovery of 84 .37% was obtained by adopting the process of one roughing ,three -cleaning ,two -scavenging .It effectively recovered sphalerite in the tailings and brought economic benefits for the enterprise .
