介绍高家堡煤矿井筒高水压含水层地层特点。针对主井地下水流速大、水头高,含水层间存在串水隐患等施工风险,制定了冻结孔注浆封水、井筒内外密集插花布置冻结孔的施工方案。靠测温孔观测和全场冻结器纵向测温,全方位监控主井“喷泉”地层冻结壁发展状况。运用关联分析技术,对冻结壁温度场进行定量分析,全面评估冻结壁异常和安全情况,提高了井筒施工的安全可靠性。

The paper introduced strata features of high water pressure aquifers in mine shaft of Gao jiapu Mine? According to high water flow velocity of the underground water ,high water head ,water circulation hidden danger between aquifers and other construction risk in the mine shaft ,a construction plan of freezing borehole grouting and water sealing and dense flower arrangement type freezing bore holes at the internal and external mine shaft were set up?With the observation of temperature measur ing boreholes and the longitudinal temperature measurement of the freezers at the whole construction,the freezing wall development status of the “fountain” strata in the mine main shaft were full direc tionally monitored and controlled? An associated analysis technology was applied to the quantitative a nalysis on the temperature field of the freezing wall ,an abnormal and safety condition of the freezing wall were fully evaluated and the safety reliability of the mine shaft construction were improved.
