口孜东矿北翼轨道石门尾段埋深大,压力大,掘进后采用“锚架注”支护,变形破坏严重;采用同样的支护形式修复后,仍然变形破坏。为此,对“锚网索喷”+钢管混凝土支架支护进行了研究和应用,取得了成功。巷道支护后,无明显变形,有效地控制了巷道变形破坏,技术经济效益明显。

An end section of a north wing railway cross—cut in East Kouzi Mine was high in depth and pressure. After a heading operation,a “bolt—liner—grouting” support was applied and the deformation failure was serious.With a same support mode applied to the roadway repair,the deformation failure was occurred again. Therefore a study and application on the support of the“bolt—steel mesh—anchor— shotcrete” + steel pipe concrete liner was conducted and a successful application was obtained. After the application,there was no obvious deformation occurred,the deformation failure of the mine road way was effectively controlled and the technical and economic benefit was obvious.
