宝山铅锌矿主井深832m ,净直径4?5m。井深606?1~636?1m段细砂岩含水层,涌水量达100m3/h ,采用工作面预注浆技术堵水加固,注浆段高35m ,在工作面构筑止浆垫,分段下行压入式注浆,注浆终压8M Pa。浆液以单液水泥浆为主;双液浆在注浆结束时,用于封孔。注浆后,该含水层涌水量降到了1?8m3/h ,堵水率达98?2%,取得了良好的效果。

A mine main shaft of Baoshan Lead and Zinc Mine had a depth of 832m and a net diameter of 4.5m. At a section of 606. 1 ~ 636.1m of the mine shaft,there was a fine sandstone aquifer and a water flow was 100m3 /h. A pre—grouting technology at the mine shaft sinking face was applied to the water sealing and reinforcement. A grouting section was 35m in height. A concrete plug was built at the mine shaft sinking face. A sectional downward pressurized grouting was applied and the final pressure of the grouting was 8MPa. The grout was a single cement grout mainly and a double grout would be applied to seal the borehole when the grouting operation was terminated. After the grouting conducted,the water flow of the aquifer was reduced to 1.8m3 /h,the water sealing rate was at 98.2% and a excellent effect was obtained.
