冷轧机组轧钢过程中,机架振动会导致钢板上产生振纹,影响产品质量。基于此,开发了轧机振动监测与报警系统,以便在轧制过程中,当冷轧钢板出现振纹时及时报警并将报警位置等信息存储。首先根据测试内容,决定需要采集轧机振动、轧制速度、轧制距离、剪切信号,然后搭建系统。在设置采样参数及报警参数的基础上,实时采集轧机机架振动、轧制速度以及轧制距离信号,根据轧制速度将轧机振动原始信号分频段后统计与报警值比较,判断其是否超标,如果超标,则记录报警的机架、频段以及始末位置。以钢卷号命名每卷原始数据、统计数据,如果有报警则保存报警数据。经长时间测试,该系统能够有效监测轧机振动状况以及准确做出报警判断。

In the process of cold-rolling, vibration of the mills can cause vibration marks on the steel sheets which will lower the quality of products. Therefore, a vibration monitoring and alarm system for cold-rolling mills is developed. When the vibration marks occur in the cold-rolling process, the system will alarm timely and record the positions of the vibration marks. First of all, according to the purpose of testing, the necessary vibration data, rolling-speed data, rolling-distance data and cut information are chosen. Then, the system is built and installed. After setting the sampling and alarm parameters, the system acquires vibration data, rolling-speed data and rolling-distance data. According to the rolling-speed data, the original vibration data is divided into three parts:low frequency part, middle frequency part and high frequency part. Then, results of the three parts are compared with their corresponding alarm data to judge whether the vibrations exceed the standard. If the vibration of some machines in some frequency range exceeds the standard, the system will record the alarm data, which includes the machine number, frequency range and position. The original data and statistical data files are named after the steel-roll numbers. It saves the alarm data if the alarm happens. Through a long time testing, the system can monitor vibration state of the cold-rolling machines effectively and give exact alarm judgments.
