汽轮机叶片振动特性是影响汽轮机安全性的关键因素之一。本文以某型叶片为研究对象,建立三维叶片有限元模型,在考虑叶片预应力条件下,分别讨论叶轮及工作转速对叶片振动特性的影响,并进行了相关的对比分析。通过叶片振动频率变化,分析工作转速及叶轮对叶片振动影响的主要阶次范围,为叶片有限元分析设计提供参考意见。

The vibration characteristic of turbine’s blades is an important influencing factor affecting the turbine safety. In this paper, a three-dimensional finite element model of a turbine’s blade is built and the vibration of the blade is analyzed under the prestressed condition. Influence of operation speed and structure of the impeller on the blade’s vibration character-istic is discussed, and the results are comparatively analyzed. By analyzing the change of the vibration frequency of the blade, the main frequency range in which the speed and structure of the impeller have large influence on the blade’s vibra-tion is obtained. This work has provided a reference for analysis and design of the turbine’s blades by means of the finite ele-ment method.
