Perinereis aibuhitensis%17β-estradiol%SOD%CAT%GST
将双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensis)幼虫暴露于不同质量浓度的17β-雌二醇(0.1μg·L-1、1μg·L-1、10μg· L-1、100μg·L-1和1000μg·L-1)中,于第2、第4、第6和第8天取样,分别测定抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)]活性。结果表明,第2天时10μg·L-1浓度组显著诱导双齿围沙蚕CAT、SOD和GST活性,1000μg·L-1浓度组显著抑制其SOD和GST活性。第4天时各浓度组SOD和GST活性均被不同程度诱导。第6天时低浓度组(0.1μg·L-1和1μg·L-1)显著抑制双齿围沙蚕CAT活性,高浓度组(100μg·L-1和1000μg· L-1)则抑制其SOD活性。第8天时,除1000μg·L-1浓度组外,其余各组CAT活性均被不同程度诱导(P>0.05),而SOD活性则受到抑制,10μg·L-1浓度组显著抑制其GST活性。试验结果显示,外源性17β-雌二醇对双齿围沙蚕幼虫产生氧化胁迫,沙蚕幼虫SOD、CAT、GST对17β-雌二醇的响应与其暴露浓度及时间有关。

장쌍치위사잠(Perinereis aibuhitensis)유충폭로우불동질량농도적17β-자이순(0.1μg·L-1、1μg·L-1、10μg· L-1、100μg·L-1화1000μg·L-1)중,우제2、제4、제6화제8천취양,분별측정항양화매[초양화물기화매( SOD)、과양화경매(CAT)화곡광감태류전이매(GST)]활성。결과표명,제2천시10μg·L-1농도조현저유도쌍치위사잠CAT、SOD화GST활성,1000μg·L-1농도조현저억제기SOD화GST활성。제4천시각농도조SOD화GST활성균피불동정도유도。제6천시저농도조(0.1μg·L-1화1μg·L-1)현저억제쌍치위사잠CAT활성,고농도조(100μg·L-1화1000μg· L-1)칙억제기SOD활성。제8천시,제1000μg·L-1농도조외,기여각조CAT활성균피불동정도유도(P>0.05),이SOD활성칙수도억제,10μg·L-1농도조현저억제기GST활성。시험결과현시,외원성17β-자이순대쌍치위사잠유충산생양화협박,사잠유충SOD、CAT、GST대17β-자이순적향응여기폭로농도급시간유관。
To evaluate the effect of 17β-estradiol on the antioxidative enzymes in larvae of Perinereis aibuhitensis,we exposed the worms to 17β-estradiol at different concentrations(0. 1 μg·L-1 ,1 μg·L-1 ,10 μg·L-1 ,100 μg·L-1 and 1 000 μg·L-1 ),and meas-ured the superoxide dismutase( SOD),catalase( CAT)and glutathione S-transferase( GST)activities on 2nd ,4th ,6th and 8th day,re-spectively. The results show that SOD,CAT and GST activities in 10μg·L-1 treatment group increased significantly,and SOD and GST activities decreased notably in 1 000μg·L-1 treatment group on 2nd day. SOD and GST activities were induced at different degrees in ev-ery treatment group on 4th day. CAT and SOD activities were suppressed in lower-concentration groups(0. 1 μg·L-1 and 1 μg·L-1 )on 6th day and in higher-concentration groups(100 μg·L-1 and 1 000 μg·L-1)on 6th day,respectively(P﹤0. 05). CAT activity was in-duced at different degrees in all groups except 1 000 μg·L-1group(P>0. 05);GST activity was suppressed in 10 μg·L-1group;SOD activity was also suppressed in 17β-estradiol treatment groups on 8th day. It is indicated that SOD, CAT and GST activities in P. aibuhitensis were induced by exogenous 17 β-estradiol,and the extent was related with the exposure concentration and time.
