为提升雷达装备教学质量,以“面向任务、基于能力、以人为本”的教育理念为牵引,基于理论与实践一体化教学方法,提出了由“一个核心”、“两个空间”、“两条主线”组成的雷达装备原理与维修教学一体化框架;分析了框架中需求与目标空间的顶层设计、需求分析与教学总结,任务与解析空间的理论教学、实装操作观测教学、实装检调维修综合运用教学、检验考核。该一体化框架对于指导雷达装备教员准确把握教学进程、提升教学效率和效果具有一定价值,为其他以培养应用型人才为目的的大型电子装备教学提供了一定的参考。

In order to promote the teaching quality of radar equipment, taking the education concept of facing task, based on ability, people-oriented as a traction, based on the integrated teaching method of theory and practice, this article puts forward the integration of teaching frame of radar equipment principles and its maintenance that is composed of one core, two spaces and two principal lines. And then, we analyze the demand in the frame and the top-level design of the object space, the demand analysis and teaching sum-up, the theory teaching of tasks and analytic space, the teaching of equipment manipulation and observation&measurement, the teaching of equipment checking&adjustment, maintenance and comprehensive application, test and examination. The integration frame is of a certain value for guiding the radar equipment teachers to hold the teaching progress accurately, improving the teaching efficiency and effect. Moreover, it also offers a certain reference for other large-scale electronic equipment teaching aimed at training the applied type of talents.
