随着城市配电网逐渐向以电缆为主的方向发展,网络结构也日趋完善,传统中性点接地方式存在明显不足,中性点经电阻接地方式逐渐变得具有很强的竞争力。综合考虑弧光过电压抑制、通信干扰、继电保护灵敏度和人生设备安全等因素,对中性点最佳接地电阻值的选取进行详细分析,得出中性点最佳接地电阻值选取的方法。并通过仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC进行仿真,验证最佳接地电阻值选取的有效性。对工程实际中中性点接地电阻值的选取具有一定指导意义。

As the cable is increasingly applied in the urban power distribution systems,the network structure becomes perfect.Because of obvious deficiencies of traditional neutral point grounding,its resistance grounding becomes highly competitive.Under overall consideration of arc over-voltage suppression,communication interference,relay protection sensitivity as well as personnel and equipment safety,this paper gives a detailed analysis on the selection of the best grounding resistance of the neutral point and thus obtains the method of such selection.Furthermore,the result of simulation through PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the validity of the selection of the best grounding resistance,and it can serve as a guide on such selection in engineering projects.
