在我国战略性新兴产业发展的过程中，资金“瓶颈”始终是有待解决的难题之一。文章从分析我国战略性新兴产业融资结构入手，对战略性新兴产业主要采用的直接融资、间接融资、财政融资、内源融资和商业信用融资等五种融资方式进行实证研究，得出战略性新兴产业的经营发展与内源融资和间接融资相关，与其他融资方式的相关性不显著的结论，并解析其原因，以期对完善我国战略性新兴产业融资结构提供参考。
