近年来,人们认为触点分离过程中金属液桥的产生给继电器触点带来严重的材料转移和散失,是造成分离熔焊的主要原因之一,但目前对液桥熔焊及液桥行为特点的研究并不够全面和深入。本文归纳总结了国内外学者对触点液桥形成机理、形状特征及其影响因素等研究成果,指出了一些不足与今后仍需致力的研究方向,对深入研究分离液桥有一定指导作用。

The molten bridge in the process of contacts breaking operations creates serious material transfer and loss, and in recent years it is convinced to be one of the main factors of dynamic welding during breaking operations, but the research on bridge welding and bridge behavior is not comprehensive or deep-going enough. This paper is a review of the formation mechanism, shape characteristic and its influencing factors of the molten bridge. It points out some insufficient points and gives proposal direction of future research, and it has a guiding function on the further study of molten bridge during breaking operation.
