针对屠宰及肉类加工废水的水质水量特性,在调查沈阳市屠宰及肉类加工企业废水处理现状的基础上,指出目前,一些企业缺少污水处理设施、现有设施不能正常运转及运行费用高问题,提出技术对策:对小规模的该等类企业根据实际情况,建议采用污水外运,沉积物做农肥;或人工格栅-隔油沉淀-强化气浮的一级强化工艺;或人工格栅-隔油调节池-水解酸化池-生物接触氧化池的二级工艺。对大规模的企业根据实际情况,建议采用粗、细格栅-2刮渣撇油平流沉淀池-高效气浮-水解酸化-SBR/A O/生物接触氧化-氧化塘/人工湿地/BAF工艺。
針對屠宰及肉類加工廢水的水質水量特性,在調查瀋暘市屠宰及肉類加工企業廢水處理現狀的基礎上,指齣目前,一些企業缺少汙水處理設施、現有設施不能正常運轉及運行費用高問題,提齣技術對策:對小規模的該等類企業根據實際情況,建議採用汙水外運,沉積物做農肥;或人工格柵-隔油沉澱-彊化氣浮的一級彊化工藝;或人工格柵-隔油調節池-水解痠化池-生物接觸氧化池的二級工藝。對大規模的企業根據實際情況,建議採用粗、細格柵-2颳渣撇油平流沉澱池-高效氣浮-水解痠化-SBR/A O/生物接觸氧化-氧化塘/人工濕地/BAF工藝。

According to the characteristics of quality and quantity of the wastewater generated from slaughterhouse and meat processing enterprises, on the basis of investigating the current status of wastewater treatment in the slaughtering and meat processing companies in Shenyang enterprises, the existing problems in some enterprises such as lack of wastewater treatment facilities, abnormal operation of the existing facilities and high running costs are analyzed and technical countermeasures are proposed. With regard to small-scale enterprises, according to their actual conditions, it is suggested that the wastewater be send to MSTP and the sediment be used as agricultural fertilizer. The primary process of artificial grid - oil separation - improved air flotation or the secondary process of artificial grid - oil separation - hydrolysis acidification - biological contact oxidation can also be used. With regard to large-scale enterprises, it is suggested that the process of coarse and fine screens - (skimming oil and scraping sediment) horizontal 2sedimentation - high efficiency floating - hydrolysis acidification - SBR/A O/biological contact oxidation -oxidation pond/artificial wetland/BAF be adopted.
