T he elderly%ECG
目的：对老年心肌梗死患者的心电图进行分析，旨在为老年患者心肌梗死的早期诊断提供依据。方法：所有患者均接受常规18导联静息心电图检查，仔细观察患者的各种心律失常与心肌缺血、坏死有关的心电图改变。结果：心肌梗死的分型以不典型性心肌梗死最为常见，心肌梗死患者常存在心律失常，其中室性早搏最为常见，ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者比较常见，心肌梗死的主要发病部位为下壁。结论：心电图在老年心肌梗死的诊断中具有一定的价值，值得推广。

목적：대노년심기경사환자적심전도진행분석，지재위노년환자심기경사적조기진단제공의거。방법：소유환자균접수상규18도련정식심전도검사，자세관찰환자적각충심률실상여심기결혈、배사유관적심전도개변。결과：심기경사적분형이불전형성심기경사최위상견，심기경사환자상존재심률실상，기중실성조박최위상견，ST단태고형심기경사환자비교상견，심기경사적주요발병부위위하벽。결론：심전도재노년심기경사적진단중구유일정적개치，치득추엄。
Objective :ECGs of the elderly patients with myocardial infarction were analyzed to provide the basis for the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction in the elderly patients .Methods :All patients were routinely examined by 18-lead resting ECG ;with the changes in the ECG of the patients'arrhythmia associated with myocardial ischemia and necrosis closely observed .Results :the most common type of myocardial infarction was the atypical one .Arrhythmia was commonly present in the patients with myocardial infarction ,with the premature ventricular contractions most common one .ST segment elevation myocardial infarction often occurred in the patients .The main onset site of myocardial infarc_tion was the inferior wall .Conclusion:ECG is somewhat valuable in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction ,which is worth promoting .
