目的：探讨一次性可视喉镜在院前急救中的应用及其临床价值。方法：选择2012年6月至2014年6月间，院前急救的呼吸、心跳骤停，需紧急气管插管患者90例，将其按时间分为 A组（2013年6月至2014年6月）、B组（2012年6月至2013年6月），每组45例。A组Airtra一次性可视喉镜插管，B组用普通喉镜插管。观察两组患者的插管时间、一次插管成功率、一次插管时间、声门显露程度及急救效果。结果：A组插管成功的时间明显短于B组，声门显露好，一次成功率高，急救效果优于B组。结论：一次性可视喉镜用于院前急救气管插管术，可明显改善声门的显露，缩短插管时间，提高插管成功率，提高复苏成功率，有很好的急救效果，可推广应用于院前急救。
목적：탐토일차성가시후경재원전급구중적응용급기림상개치。방법：선택2012년6월지2014년6월간，원전급구적호흡、심도취정，수긴급기관삽관환자90례，장기안시간분위 A조（2013년6월지2014년6월）、B조（2012년6월지2013년6월），매조45례。A조Airtra일차성가시후경삽관，B조용보통후경삽관。관찰량조환자적삽관시간、일차삽관성공솔、일차삽관시간、성문현로정도급급구효과。결과：A조삽관성공적시간명현단우B조，성문현로호，일차성공솔고，급구효과우우B조。결론：일차성가시후경용우원전급구기관삽관술，가명현개선성문적현로，축단삽관시간，제고삽관성공솔，제고복소성공솔，유흔호적급구효과，가추엄응용우원전급구。
Objective Discussion disposable laryngoscope visualization application and clinical value of pre -hospital e_mergency.Methods Our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 of respiratory and cardiac arrest prehospital emergency in_tubation required 90 patients ,Randomly divided into A (2013 -2014) ,B(2012 -2013) two groups ,45 cases in each group.A set of visual laryngoscopy with Airtraq ,Group B ordinary laryngoscope intubation.Intubation time were ob_served ,a success rate of intubation ,intubation time again ,revealing the extent of the glottis and first -aid effect.Re_sults A group of successful intubation time was significantly shorter in group B ,glottis revealed good ,a success rate bet_ter than group B emergency.Conclusions Disposable Laryngoscope visual prehospital intubation for surgery can signifi_cantly improve the glottis revealed shorten intubation time and improve intubation success rate ,improve the success rate of recovery ,there is a good first -aid effect ,promote the use of in pre-hospital emergency .
