目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C ,CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine ,Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity Creactive protein ,hsCRP)水平与不同类型急性脑梗死的关系。方法:选择神经内科收治的100例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,并按照TOAST分型标准进行病因分型;选择80例非脑卒中病例为对照组,分别测定和比较两组患者血清CysC、Hcy以及hsCRP的水平。结果:脑梗死组患者血清CysC、Hcy、hsCRP水平高于对照组( P<0.05),经Logistic回归分析三者均为脑梗死的危险因素( OR值分别为1.989、2.013、1.601);观察组中大动脉粥样硬化型(L A A )、小动脉闭塞型(SAA)患者血清CysC、Hcy、hsCRP水平均高于对照组( P<0.05),其中以LAA型增高显著( P<0.01)。结论:血清CysC、Hcy和hsCRP水平升高均与脑梗死密切相关,可能是脑梗死的危险因素,但不同亚型脑梗死可能有不同病因。

목적:탐토혈청광억소C(cystatin C ,CysC)、동형반광안산(homocysteine ,Hcy)、초민C반응단백(high sensitivity Creactive protein ,hsCRP)수평여불동류형급성뇌경사적관계。방법:선택신경내과수치적100례급성뇌경사환자위관찰조,병안조TOAST분형표준진행병인분형;선택80례비뇌졸중병례위대조조,분별측정화비교량조환자혈청CysC、Hcy이급hsCRP적수평。결과:뇌경사조환자혈청CysC、Hcy、hsCRP수평고우대조조( P<0.05),경Logistic회귀분석삼자균위뇌경사적위험인소( OR치분별위1.989、2.013、1.601);관찰조중대동맥죽양경화형(L A A )、소동맥폐새형(SAA)환자혈청CysC、Hcy、hsCRP수평균고우대조조( P<0.05),기중이LAA형증고현저( P<0.01)。결론:혈청CysC、Hcy화hsCRP수평승고균여뇌경사밀절상관,가능시뇌경사적위험인소,단불동아형뇌경사가능유불동병인。
Objective :To investigate the relationship of serum cystatin C (CysC) ,homocysteine (Hcy)and high sen_sitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) with different types of Cerebral Infarction .Methods :100 cases of acute cerebral in_farction hospitalized in our department of Neurology were selected to be the cerebral infarction group ,with etiological typ_ing performed by TOAST criteria .80 cases of non -cerebrovascular disease were enrolled as a control group .The con_centration of CysC ,Hcy and hs-CRP in the blood serum of the two groups was determined and compared to find if there is any difference between the two groups .ResuIts :The level of CysC ,Hcy and hs-CRP in the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0 .05) ,with Logistic regression analysis revealing that CysC , Hcy and hs-CRP were the risk factors for cerebral infarction (OR:1 .989 ,2 .013 and 1 .601) .The level of serum CysC , Hcy and hs -CRP of LAA and SAA patients in the cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the control group ( P<0 .05) ,most significantly higher in LAA patients( P<0 .01) .Conclusion :The level of CysC ,Hcy and hs-CRP ,the possible risk factors ,were closely related to acute cerebral infarction .There may be various etiological factors for differ_ent subtypes of cerebral infarction ,however .
