目的:探讨 Pim -3与Bax 在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与食管鳞癌的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Pim-3与Bax在食管鳞癌与正常食管黏膜中的表达。结果:Pim -3蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达高于正常食管黏膜( P <0.05);Bax蛋白在正常食管黏膜中的表达高于食管鳞癌( P <0.05)。Pim-3与Bax蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌的组织学分级与临床病理分期无关。结论:Pim-3及Bax与食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关,可能对食管鳞癌的转归有一定的临床意义;Pim -3及Bax与食管鳞癌的组织学分级和临床病理分期的关系有待进一步探讨。

목적:탐토 Pim -3여Bax 재식관린암중적표체급기여식관린암적상관성。방법:채용면역조직화학SABC법검측Pim-3여Bax재식관린암여정상식관점막중적표체。결과:Pim -3단백재식관린암중적표체고우정상식관점막( P <0.05);Bax단백재정상식관점막중적표체고우식관린암( P <0.05)。Pim-3여Bax단백적표체여식관린암적조직학분급여림상병리분기무관。결론:Pim-3급Bax여식관린암적발생발전밀절상관,가능대식관린암적전귀유일정적림상의의;Pim -3급Bax여식관린암적조직학분급화림상병리분기적관계유대진일보탐토。
Objective :To investigate the expression and the correlation between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and Pim -3 and Bax .Methods The expression of Pim -3 and XIAP was detected in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal esophageal mucosa tissues by SABC immunohistochemical technology .Results The expression of Pim -3 pro_tein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of normal esophageal mucosa tissues ( P <0 .05);The expression of Bax protein in normal esophageal mucosa tissues was higher than that of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( P <0 .05);There was no correlations between the expression of Pim -3 and Bax in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the histological classification and clinical pathologic stage of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .Conclusion The Pim -3 and Bax are closely associated with the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas ,there may be certain clinical significance to outcome of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas .The relationship between Pim -3 and Bax and the histological classification and clinical pathologic stage of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma remains to be further discussed .
