隔离开关在高压线路中是一个非常关键的设备,能否可靠判断隔离开关的状态直接关系到高压作业的生产安全。提出一种将激光感应技术应用到110 kV高压隔离开关的触头开合位置监测的新思路,设计一套激光发射器、激光反射镜、激光感应器的功能组合,利用激光线束实现对动触头完全闭合和完全打开位置的远距离无接触感测,可有效避开高压一次侧的强电磁场环境的干扰。同时,将采集到的隔离开关状态实时传送到后端的监测中心,可实现隔离开关状态的远程自动化识别。将为真正实现无人值守的远方操作模式开辟新途径。

Disconnect switch is a very important device in the high-voltage line system. Whether the status of the high voltage disconnect switch can be reliably told will directly affect the operation security in the high-voltage industrial field. A new idea which applies the laser sensing technology to monitoring the switching contact status of the 110 kV high-voltage disconnect switch is presented. Based on this idea, a new type of surveillance device combining laser emitters, laser reflectors and laser sensors is designed. With this device, the fully closed and fully open position of the moving contact of the high-voltage disconnect switch can be monitored remotely in a contactless way by using the laser beam, which can effectively avoid the harsh interference of the high intensity electromagnetic environment. At the same time, the data reflecting the status of the disconnect switch can be sent back to the surveillance center in real-time, which effectively realize remote automated identification of the status of the disconnect switch. It offers a new approach to realize unattended and remote operation mode.
