基于电厂对电网和电网对电网2种特高压典型网络结构在线路不同长度、电厂侧不同开机方式、系统不同短路容量等条件下对合闸操作空载线路所引起的操作过电压进行差异化分析,提出60 km以下线路存在取消合闸电阻的可能性,具体应用应结合闪络率计算确定。基于操作过电压差异性的计算结果,对运用断路器选相合闸技术深度抑制合空线操作过电压进行研究分析,考虑相位偏差、线路长度等影响因素,提出不同线路长度时该项技术的适用性。

Based on two kinds of typical UHV network structure, which include the power plant to the grid system and grid to grid system, the switching overvoltage of closing no-load line is simulated and analyzed. The different conditions such as different length, different operation model on power plant side, and different short circuit capacity are considered. It is possible for the lines shorter than 60 km to cancel the closing resistor. On the basis of the above calculation results, phase selection closing is analyzed to inhibit the switching overvoltage in depth, considering the factors such as different phase deviation and different length of the line. In conclusion, for different length of lines, the applicability of phase selection closing is put forward.
