刁河渡槽工程裂缝控制要求较高,该渡槽结构在施工中出现了严重开裂现象,经过现场裂缝普查和成因分析,主要考虑是由于温度应力所致。通过对结构进行长期温度跟踪量测,表明通过采取外保(钢模外贴聚乙烯苯板对混凝土进行保温)、内降(混凝土结构内部通冷水管散热)的措施可以明显降低施工过程中结构表里温差和温度应力,据此制定了一套综合温控防裂方案,实践证明其抗裂效果显著。

Crack control for Diao river aqueduct project is much stricter,but there is a serious cracking phenomenon in the construction. Through the cracks census and analysis,the main consideration was the stress caused by temperature.Long-term temperature tracking mea-surements showed that the difference between inside and outside temperature and thermal stress of the structure can be significantly re-duced by taking the measures which combine the external insulation (pasting polyethylene benzene board on the outer surface of steel molds for insulating concrete)with lowering the internal temperature (radiating through cold water pipes).So a comprehensive tempera-ture control and crack program is proposed and its effect of resisting crack is remarkable.
