创新设计了1种直线电机驱动的数控双工位卧式冲压机,对其组成情况、工作原理进行了介绍,并分析了其优点及其创新设计点,该冲压机能够实现力及行程的放大。此外,由于采用双工位同时冲压的方式,生产效率得以大幅度提高,采用卧式布局,相对于传统的立式冲压机床,重心低,稳定性好,具有比较广阔的应用前景。

One kind of double-station numerical control press based on toggle mechanism driven by linear motor has been innovated,the working principle and the composition of the press was introduced,analyzed the advantages and the innovation design point. The press in this paper can amplify the output power and trip. The production efficiency can be greatly improved due to double-station working method, compare with traditional vertical press, the horizontal layout press has many advantages such as low center of gravity, good stability, has broad application.
