钛合金钣金件质量轻,高比强度,高低温力学性能好,耐腐蚀,广泛的应用于航空航天、汽车、舰船等领域。通过高温胀拉成形实验探究TC4钛合金板材在高温条件下的成形性能,得到TC4高温成形极限曲线图。结果表明,TC4钛合金板材在加热状态下,塑形明显提高,成形性能显著提升。
鈦閤金鈑金件質量輕,高比彊度,高低溫力學性能好,耐腐蝕,廣汎的應用于航空航天、汽車、艦船等領域。通過高溫脹拉成形實驗探究TC4鈦閤金闆材在高溫條件下的成形性能,得到TC4高溫成形極限麯線圖。結果錶明,TC4鈦閤金闆材在加熱狀態下,塑形明顯提高,成形性能顯著提升。
태합금판금건질량경,고비강도,고저온역학성능호,내부식,엄범적응용우항공항천、기차、함선등영역。통과고온창랍성형실험탐구TC4태합금판재재고온조건하적성형성능,득도TC4고온성형겁한곡선도。결과표명,TC4태합금판재재가열상태하,소형명현제고,성형성능현저제승。
Titanium alloy sheet metal parts is light ,in addition, it has high specific strength,good mechanical property and corrosion resistence.Which make it popular in the fields of aerospace,automobile,ships and so on.Shaping property of TC4 Ti alloy sheet at high temperature was investigated by high temperature bulging experiment.And we got forming limit curve graphs of TC4.The results showed that when TC4 Ti alloy sheet was in a heated condition,plasticity and shaping property increased significantly.
