本文采用偏光金相显微镜、定浓度电解液恒流电解腐蚀技术,研究了新型电动助力车电池用板栅 Pb-Ca-Sn-Al四元合金的金相组织结构,发现合金的组织特征与合金的成分、工作方式是密切相关的。通过对合金样品进行一定电解液浓度下的恒流电解腐蚀实验,结合腐蚀后样品的金相检验,发现此种合金的腐蚀主要是沿晶界腐蚀并伴随晶粒的均匀性腐蚀。

In this paper, the metallographic structure of the quaternary alloy Pb-Ca-Sn-Al grids used for the new electric vehicle batteries was studied by using electrolytic etching techniche and polarization microscope. The result shows that the structural feature of the alloy is closely related to the composition and working mode of the alloy. By adopting the elctrolytic etching testing for the alloy samples at a given concentration of electrlyte and constant current, and combined with the metallographic examnation after the etching of the samples, we found that the corrosion occured in this alloy is along the grain boundary and companying with uniform corrosion of grains.
