目的:探讨无患子及其制剂的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法在不同条件下进行薄层色谱考察,选择适宜的薄层色谱条件。结果最佳薄层色谱条件为:以正丁醇‐乙酸乙酯‐水‐浓氨水(40∶10∶50∶1;V∶ V∶ V∶ V )上层液为展开剂,室内环境中展开,晾干,喷5%磷钼酸乙醇液,105℃加热至斑点清晰,在日光下检视,无患子及其在制剂中的成分分离效果良好,色谱斑点清晰,耐用性好。结论该法操作简便可靠,分离度较好,可作为无患子及其制剂的鉴别方法。

목적:탐토무환자급기제제적감별방법。방법채용박층색보법재불동조건하진행박층색보고찰,선택괄의적박층색보조건。결과최가박층색보조건위:이정정순‐을산을지‐수‐농안수(40∶10∶50∶1;V∶ V∶ V∶ V )상층액위전개제,실내배경중전개,량간,분5%린목산을순액,105℃가열지반점청석,재일광하검시,무환자급기재제제중적성분분리효과량호,색보반점청석,내용성호。결론해법조작간편가고,분리도교호,가작위무환자급기제제적감별방법。
Objective To investigate a method to identificate Wuhuanzi and its preparation . Methods Using TLC for qualitative identification .TLC conditions were investigated under different conditions ,select the appropri‐ate TLC conditions . Results Best TLC conditions :n‐butanol‐ethyl acetate‐water‐concentrated ammonia (40∶10∶50∶1 ;V∶V∶V∶V ) supernatant as the expansion agent ,opening in the indoor environment and drying out , spraying 5% phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol solution ,heating 105 ℃ to spot clear view in daylight ,separation of Wuhuanzi was satisfactory ,chromatographic spots were clear and good durability . Conclusion The TLC method is simple ,reliable .It also show good separating degree which can be used as the quality control standard and its preparation method .
