通过对南京某高校学生随机抽样调查和数据分析，针对大学生担任学生干部对学业的影响进行研究。运用排序逻辑回归模型探究对学分绩点的影响因素，并通过比较学生干部和非学生干部影响因素的差异，剖析担任学生干部对学业的影响及原因。研究发现，由于学生干部的学习态度更为端正，担任学生干部对学业主要表现为积极影响，特别是城镇生源的学生。研究还发现，学生干部有着较轻的任务拖延情况，不同工作尽责度和不同职务的学生干部的学业情况也有所差异。

The paper focuses on the academic influence when college students act as student leaders by the way of random sample and data analysis in a Nanjing university. Besides, in order to conclude the influence and causes, the logic regression model acts as the main measure. The results are as the following: acting as the student leaders has mainly the positive influence on their academic, especially urban students; some student leaders tend to procrastinate in working, the GPA is affected by individual responsibility and the position.
