网络信息传播的普及对人们的信息获取方式、生活方式及思想观念等都产生了极大的影响，对高校思想政治理论课教师的价值观念、理想信仰、职业认同及教学能力等也产生了不可忽视的影响。在网络传播模式下，高校思想政治课教师应树立社会主义核心价值观，坚定共产主义的理想信念，增强思想政治课教师的职业认同感，掌握网络时代的教学规律，消除网络信息传播的消极影响，提高思想政治理论课的教学效果。
網絡信息傳播的普及對人們的信息穫取方式、生活方式及思想觀唸等都產生瞭極大的影響，對高校思想政治理論課教師的價值觀唸、理想信仰、職業認同及教學能力等也產生瞭不可忽視的影響。在網絡傳播模式下，高校思想政治課教師應樹立社會主義覈心價值觀，堅定共產主義的理想信唸，增彊思想政治課教師的職業認同感，掌握網絡時代的教學規律，消除網絡信息傳播的消極影響，提高思想政治理論課的教學效果。

The popularity of network information transmission has had a great impact on the people’s access to information way, life style and ideology, such as the ideological and political theory course teachers' values, ideal belief, professional identity and teaching ability are also affected. These influences cannot be ignored. In the network transmission mode, teachers of university ideological and political education should set up socialist core values, the firm communist ideal and faith, strengthen education courses teachers' professional identity, grasp the teaching rules of the network age, so as to overcome the negative influence of network information transmission and to improve the actual effect of ideological and political theory course.
