塑料燃油箱试验机是对汽车油箱质量进行检测的重要设备，主要是对旋转过程中是否漏油进行检测，它直接反应油箱质量的好坏。基于通过实验机控制系统的设计建立一个通过三菱PLC控制油箱的旋转，并用型号为TPC7062 KD昆仑通态触摸屏对PLC进行点动控制。 PLC和触摸屏之间的通信采用了modbusRTU的通信协议。本文主要的几个模块有：试验台功能、结构、测控系统的介绍以及上位机软件设计和试验界面成果。

Plastic fuel tank test machine is an important equipment to detect the quality of automobile fuel tank.It is detected whether fuel tank leaks or not during the rotation,which is directly indicated the tank quality .The design of control system of the machine is to build a control tank through the Mitsubishi rotation based on PLC, and type TPC7062 KD on state touch screen for dynamic control of PLC.The communication between PLC and touch screen uses modbusRTU communication protocol.In this paper, several main modules suchas test function , structure , measurement and control system are introduced as well as the PC software design and test results of the interface.
