本文采用了乳液聚合的方法,以甲基丙烯酸( MAA)和丙烯酸乙酯( EA)为共聚单体制备了水性肠溶型丙烯酸树脂,通过调节乳化剂配比及用量、引发剂过硫酸钾( KPS)的用量、分子量调节剂的用量、pH缓冲剂的用量、反应温度、加料方式等因素对实验的影响,最终确定了制备丙烯酸树脂的最佳条件。聚合物通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱和扫描电镜进行了测试,该制备过程以水为介质,有很好的环保和经济效益。
本文採用瞭乳液聚閤的方法,以甲基丙烯痠( MAA)和丙烯痠乙酯( EA)為共聚單體製備瞭水性腸溶型丙烯痠樹脂,通過調節乳化劑配比及用量、引髮劑過硫痠鉀( KPS)的用量、分子量調節劑的用量、pH緩遲劑的用量、反應溫度、加料方式等因素對實驗的影響,最終確定瞭製備丙烯痠樹脂的最佳條件。聚閤物通過凝膠滲透色譜、紅外光譜和掃描電鏡進行瞭測試,該製備過程以水為介質,有很好的環保和經濟效益。
본문채용료유액취합적방법,이갑기병희산( MAA)화병희산을지( EA)위공취단체제비료수성장용형병희산수지,통과조절유화제배비급용량、인발제과류산갑( KPS)적용량、분자량조절제적용량、pH완충제적용량、반응온도、가료방식등인소대실험적영향,최종학정료제비병희산수지적최가조건。취합물통과응효삼투색보、홍외광보화소묘전경진행료측시,해제비과정이수위개질,유흔호적배보화경제효익。
In this article, the enteric acrylic acid resin was prepared by emulsion copolymerization of methacrylic acid(MAA) and ethyl acrylate(EA).In order to determine the best reaction conditions,every kinds of factors were studied such as emulsifier ratio and dosage,initiator dosage of potassium persufate (KPS),the dosage of the molecular weight regulator,pH buffer dosage,reaction temperature and the feeding way .The resulted polymer was characterized by gel permeation chromatography , infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy .With water as reation medium ,the preparation process has good environmental and economic benefits .
