闭式蒸发冷却冷水机组在大柳塔电厂内用于湿冷塔内循环水降温时,对其耗水量进行了测试分析.得出在测试条件下,机组运行时耗水量范围为:250~350kg/h;机组最小耗水量257.6kg/h对应的二次/一次空气风量比为0.5;循环水流量与耗水量成线性正比关系,当循环水流量从6m/h增加到15m/h时,耗水量从233kg/h增加到339.2kg/h。机组进风口的干湿球温差,进出水温差的变化趋势都与耗水量的变化趋势基本一致。
閉式蒸髮冷卻冷水機組在大柳塔電廠內用于濕冷塔內循環水降溫時,對其耗水量進行瞭測試分析.得齣在測試條件下,機組運行時耗水量範圍為:250~350kg/h;機組最小耗水量257.6kg/h對應的二次/一次空氣風量比為0.5;循環水流量與耗水量成線性正比關繫,噹循環水流量從6m/h增加到15m/h時,耗水量從233kg/h增加到339.2kg/h。機組進風口的榦濕毬溫差,進齣水溫差的變化趨勢都與耗水量的變化趨勢基本一緻。

An evaporative cooling chiller in Da Liuta electricity plant can reduce the temperature of the circulating water . Its water consumption were tested and analyzed.Under the test condition,its water consumption range during runtime is 260~350kg/h;The minimum water consumption 257.6kg/h corresponding to the winds ratio 0.5;The circulating water flow and water consumption is linearly proportional relationship,when recycled water is from 6m3/h to 15m3/h,water con-sumption from 233kg/h to 339.2kg/h. The difference between air inlet wet and dry bulb temperature,between inlet and outlet water temperature are consistent with the trends of water consumption.
