新设备新工艺的应用,对蓄电池制造过程及其产品质量都会造成一定的影响。本文通过对铅粒新、旧制造方式的对比,阐述了免熔铅制粒机的工作原理及其优缺点;通过对铅粉理化性能、杂质等检测分析,验证了铅粒生产新工艺,即免熔铅制粒机的应用对铅粉制造过程及铅粉质量的影响;并由此提出了免熔铅制粒机在蓄电池制造中的发展方向。

The application of new technology and new equipment will affect the manufacturing process and product quality of lead-acid batteries. Through comparison of new and old manufacturing modes of lead buttons, this paper expounds the working principle and the advantages and disadvantages of free melting lead button machine. By analyzing the physical and chemical properties and detecting the impurities of leady oxide, the new lead button production process is veriifed, that is the inlfuences of application of free melting lead button machine on the manufacturing process and quality of leady oxide. Therefore the upcoming direction of free melting lead button machine in the battery manufacturing industry is presented.
