针对135MW带吸收式热泵回收利用乏汽余热供热的热电联产空冷机组进行性能试验,并分析其运行经济性。试验结果表明当热网首站热水出口温度为定值时,汽轮机真空变化对机组整体经济性影响较少,汽机真空运行约在-65.0kPa(背压25.0kPa)时,整体经济性相对较好;当热网首站热水出口温度随汽轮机真空变化而变化时,汽机真空越低机组整体经济性将越好。
針對135MW帶吸收式熱泵迴收利用乏汽餘熱供熱的熱電聯產空冷機組進行性能試驗,併分析其運行經濟性。試驗結果錶明噹熱網首站熱水齣口溫度為定值時,汽輪機真空變化對機組整體經濟性影響較少,汽機真空運行約在-65.0kPa(揹壓25.0kPa)時,整體經濟性相對較好;噹熱網首站熱水齣口溫度隨汽輪機真空變化而變化時,汽機真空越低機組整體經濟性將越好。

A performance test has been carried out on 135MW air-cooled cogeneration unit with absorption heat pump.THE results show that when the temperature of heat-supply water out of the peak load calorifier is constant,the changes of the turbine vacuum influence a little to the whole economic benefit of the unit and the best benefit is about at vac-uum -65kPa(exhaust pressure 25kPa). When the temperature of heat-supply water out of the peak load calorifier varies as the turbine vacuum changes,the lower of the turbine vacuum,the better whole economic benefit of the unit will achieve.
